What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, topic, and message. Form submissions are delivered to us as email via AWS (EU region) and are not stored in a website database. The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure site usage and ad conversions; these may set cookies. Your theme preference is stored only in your browser's local storage.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to respond to inquiries, for sales, and for technical support. Processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures.

Retention and recipients

Data is kept as long as handling the inquiry or the customer relationship requires. Processors are AWS (EU region) and Google (email and analytics). We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, and to object to processing, by contacting info@isecure.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
